Ice Rescue

Each year many people drown or nearly drown as a result of falling through thin ice into freezing water beneath. These victims include hikers, fishermen, and persons driving snowmobiles, automobiles or other vehicles.
The ILS does not offer its own training program in Ice Rescue but prefers to identify links to other respected organisations.
