American Red Cross
On the 22nd August 1864, representatives from Baden, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Portugal, Pruissia, Saxony, Spain, Switzerland and Wörtenberg created the International Red Cross Movement. It lasted till July 1881 to see the formation of the "American National Red Cross".
The American Red Cross became associated member of the International Life Saving Federation in 1996.
