AgeCompetitors must be born 1993 or older. Younger lifesavers must compete in
Junior category.
EquipmentStandard Life Saving Manikin
Teams must use manikins provided at competition. Counties do not need to bring
manikins.

SeniorsCompetitors born 1993 or older.
Competitors aged 16 ( born 1993) may compete on Senior teams ” to clarify:-
They may compete as both juniors and seniors, however as all competitions are on
the same day, there will be overlap of events. Competitors run the risk of missing
events, as races will run as planned without waiting for competitors entered in
both categories. Teams consist of min 1, to max 6, male or six female competitors. Mixed teams
will compete as male. Counties / clubs may enter two competitors in each individual event and one
team in each of the team events All events are Heat Declared Winner ( HDW) This is a selection event for upcoming International competitions ” points will be
awarded as per surf comp.A bonus of 4 additional points will be awarded to
competitors competing in both Surf Championships last September and Stillwater.
Points are allocated to individual events only.
Points are scored on the best 3 events only.
Points awarded as follows:- 1st 10points, 2nd 8points, 3rd 6points, 4th 5points, 5th
4points, 6th 3points, 7th 2points, 8th 1 point.
Please Note:- For the purpose of selection for Junior International Competitions, a
separate points calculation will be made for competitors to age 18, points as above,
allocated to both surf and pool.
