SUMMARY:2021 Elective General Assembly of the ILS
DESCRIPTION:The ILS Elective General Assembly was supposed to take place on 22 and 23 September 2020 in the city of Riccione in the North of Italy. Due to the outbreak of the corona virus\, the ILS Elective General Assembly was changed to an electronic meeting that will take place on 21 March 2021. At this General Assembly\, elections will take place for functions in the ILS for the 2021 to 2024 period. SUMMARY:2021 Elective General Assembly of the ILS-Africa Region
DESCRIPTION:The Elective General Assembly of the ILS-Africa Region will take place electronically 20 February 2021. It will be preceded by a Board Meeting that will take place on 19 February 2021\, also electronically. \nAt the General Assembly\, elections will be organised to elect the leadership of the ILS-Africa for the 2021-2024 period\, so for three years. All Member Federations were invited to nominate candidates for positions before the deadline of 20 November 2020. \nThe following Elections will take place: \n  \nElection of the ILS-Africa President \nThe following nominations were received (in order of receipt): \n\nMohamed Ali Gharbal PhD from Morocco.\nDhaya Sewduth from South Africa.\n\nThe result of the vote will be provided to the Elective General Assembly. \n  \nElection of the ILS-Africa Secretary General \nThe following nominations were received (in order of receipt): \n\nIngy El-Shazly from Egypt.\nHelen Herbert from South Africa.\n\nThe result of the vote will be provided to the Elective General Assembly. \n  \nElection of the ILS-Africa Vice-Presidents \n There is only one candidate per position.
