The International Life Saving Federation (ILS) is all about the saving of lives from drowning and the improvement of water safety all around the world. A devastating 1.200,000 people die per year from drowning which is one every thirty seconds. You can help to reduce this terrible toll by sharing our beliefs and becoming part of our movement!

Individuals:

Individual membership may be granted to a person with an interest in aquatic lifesaving, drowning prevention or lifesaving sport.

If there is an ILS national Member Organisation in the nation of the requesting individual, persons requesting Individual membership should be member of that national Lifesaving Organisation to be accepted as an Individual Member of ILS.
