The next Lifesaving World Championships Rescue 2008 will be held in Berlin and Warnemünde (Germany) from 20 July to 2 August 2008 and includes competitions for National Teams, Interclub Teams, Masters and IRB (Inflatable Rescue Boat) Teams.

Entries for the Rescue 2008 competitions have to be done online.

Team managers can apply for a personal Rescue 2008 account via the online application form. They will receive a personal password for their account and a short manual. In this account team members and other participants can be registered, entries can be filled in and be changed until the deadline, regulated by the ILS Competition Manual 2007, and optional offers can be booked. Fees and other costs are also listed and updated automatically. Here you also will have the opportunity to add a digital photograph of all participants for the ID-card.

The entries have to be endorsed by the national federations (deadline 4 July, 2008). Therefore parallel to the online registration you have to send a copy of your registration to your federation to get the endorsement. All information on the event is available at: www.rescue2008.com.
