18th International German Cup great success

With the participation of 14 international teams including teams from New Zealand, both Australian Federations and the participation of 17 teams from the DLRG the 18th German Cup in Warendorf was again a great success for the German Lifesaving Society (Deutsche Lebens-Rettungs-Gesellschaft; DLRG).

Nearly 300 competitors started at both competition days in the sport school of the German Federal Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) in Warendorf and showed perfect performance.

The German Cup was the first big international test for the new ILS Rulebook, which will be used also for Rescue 2008.
