Delegate Registration and Abstract Submission now open!

The ILS is pleased to confirm that Delegate Registration is open for the World Conference on Drowning Prevention 2023 (WCDP2023).  At the same time, the Call for Submission of Abstracts is also now formally being made to all those who wish to be considered to present a paper at WCDP 2023.

Full details of how to register as a delegate and how to submit your abstract can now be found at the WCDP 2023 Website: WCPD2023

Both the delegate registration and abstract submission functions are managed through the Oxford Abstract (OA) Conference Management software, and you will need to create your own OA account to do this.  You do not need to have registered as a delegate before you submit your abstract.  Full instructions on how to do this are on the website.

The Early Bird Registration Period will close on 31 March 2023, so register as soon as possible to take advantage of the lower delegate fees!

The deadline for the submission of abstracts is 28 February 2023, so don’t delay in making your submission.  Because of the short timescale between now and the start of the event, the Conference Programme Committee will endeavour to review all abstracts and give a decision on whether it is successful within 10 working days of it being submitted.

So, don’t delay, the sooner you submit the sooner you will know if you are selected to make a presentation!

The Conference is being held at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre,  Perth, Australia from 4 to 7 December 2023, with additional pre and post conference activities such as Workshops/Masterclasses/Field Trips being made available from 2 to 8 December, so you can enjoy a week long experience including the Conference.

Details of all the available accommodation will be posted shortly.  There is a wide range of available accommodation to suit all budgets within easy walking distance of the venue.
