Coaches and other Athlete Support Personnel who have a close and trusted relationship with an athlete have a significant and influential role in clean sport. Athletes rely on their entourage as a vital source of information and as a mentor. This requires an understanding of anti-doping rules and how they can positively influence an athlete’s values and behaviours to keep sport real.
