The 2009 World Games will be held in Kaochiung (Chinese Taipei). Both Pool and Surf Lifesaving are on the programme of the World Games.
The programme is as follows:

20/07/2009: Arrival day for Australia, France, Germany, Italy, New Zealand and South Africa
21/07/2009: Arrival day for China and Chinese Taipei
22/07/2009: Training day
23/07/2009: Pool Competitions: day 1
24/07/2009: Pool Competitions: day 2
25/07/2009: Beach Competitions
26/07/2009: Departure Day

The following eight nations were selected for the 2009 World Games:

2. Australia
3. Italy
4. South Africa
5. Germany
6. China
7. France
8. Chinese Taipei (home country organisation)
