The ILS welcomes 4 national lifesaving organisations as Full Member:
- the Congolese Federation of Aquatic Lifesaving and Rescue (Democratic Republic Congo),
- the National Federation of Lifesaving and Rescue of Congo (Republic of Congo),
- the National Life Saving Association from Guatemala
- the Kuwait Diving and Lifesaving Club
and the Association of Swimming and Water Rescue Clubs of the Ivory Coast as Associate Member.
The Lebanese Federation of Diving and Rescue and the Palestinian Swimming Federation and Aquatic Sports were upgraded from Associate to Full Member.
