The non-profit association Selts Eesti Vetelpääste is an association of legal and natural persons acting in public interests. The non-profit association Selts Eesti Vetelpääste was founded in 2000 in Tartu. Our goal is to raise people’s awareness of water safety, to organise courses about first aid and behaviour in the water, to promote the skill of swimming as well as the continuity of the work of lifeguards and to raise professionalism.

Our main areas of activity are:

• lifeguard service
• prevention in water safety
• consulting and organising trainings in water safety and lifeguarding skills
• first aid trainings
• promoting swimming and lifeguard sports
• securing water related events
