The ILS is pleased to confirm that the registration and accommodation booking systems are re-opening for LWC 2022 from today, 1 July 2021 and will remain open until the close of entries in late August 2022.
All previous conditions including the requirement to book the necessary accommodation and transport packages through the ORION agency, before registering for the LWC 2022 events remain. ORION offers full accommodation packages which include transfers between Bologna airport or Railway Station and Riccione, and free transport between accommodation and the competition venues.

You must follow these instructions in order to get the necessary Access Codes to enable you to proceed to the Competition Registration site and enter the events of LWC 2022.
It has been confirmed that all previous accommodation bookings and team/individual competition registrations that were made up to March 2020 have been retained and carried through to the new LWC 2022 systems. Existing ORION clients have been contacted to reconfirm those bookings and their revised arrival and departure dates.
All team registration managers have also been contacted to advise them on the status of their team/individual registrations, their paid fees and any fees outstanding.
