Pictured in the International Olympic Committee (IOC) Headquarters in Lausanne, are Graham Ford, the ILS President, Harald Vervaecke, the ILS Secretary General and John Martin, the ILS Event Director.

They met with Kit McConnell, the IOC Sports Director, Jenny Mann, the IOC Head of Sport Partnerships and Co-Ordination, and Mike Joyce, the IOC Sports Co-ordination Manager on 6th March 2018.

After a very positive discussion about the approach that the ILS will need to take to submit a bid for inclusion in the Summer Olympic Games programme, they then visited the Sports Department to speak with some of the key staff with whom they will collaborate as the ILS embarks on this exciting journey.
